Le Projet
Ce projet de motion design est une exploration visuelle de la nostalgie. En réinterprétant l’univers de Samurai Champloo (2004, Studio Manglobe), cet edit s’éloigne de l’action pour se concentrer sur une atmosphère douce et spirituelle. L’objectif était de transformer l’esthétique brute de l’anime en une méditation contemplative.
La Mélancolie des Adieux
Rythmé par l’outro de « White Ferrari » de Frank Ocean, le montage explore le thème universel des adieux et de la séparation. Les paroles de l’artiste entrent en résonance avec le voyage des personnages, illustrant la douleur et la beauté de « quitter pour s’en aller ».
C’est une œuvre sur le passage du temps et la trace que laissent les rencontres éphémères.
The Project
This motion design project is a visual exploration of nostalgia. By reinterpreting the world of Samurai Champloo (2004, Studio Manglobe), this edit shifts away from action to focus on a softer, more spiritual atmosphere. The goal was to transform the anime’s raw energy into a contemplative and ethereal experience.
The Melancholy of Goodbyes
Set to the outro of Frank Ocean’s « White Ferrari », the edit delves into the universal themes of departure and finality. The lyrics mirror the characters’ journey, highlighting the bittersweet nature of saying goodbye.
It is a visual poem about the passage of time, the weight of memories, and the beauty found in the act of leaving.
