Glowtea

Glowtea is an innovative brand offering natural, healthy and delicious drinks while ensuring a delightful customer experience. With modern concept stores, our brand provides an enjoyable experience of Taiwanese tea culture.

Created as part of a project at Gustave Eiffel University, this initiative and the branding of the Glowtea are part of a comprehensive process that includes market research, segmentation analysis and targeting. These were carried out collaboratively by me and a group of students.

Using Wix, I built an engaging website for customers to learn more about the brand and its products.

As part of our analysis, we developed an interview guide and conducted interviews with students on campus to learn about their use of beauty products and their daily food preferences.

Video editing by Me.

To provide an authentic customer experience, I used tools such as CapCut and Canva Pro to create interactive communication videos.

We also developed short, trendy videos simulations for use on our brand’s social media platforms.
